Description
These 225mm double mechanical neoprene wall ties are made from marine grade stainless steel and neoprene expanders with a pre-torque nut at the front of the tie ensuring a guaranteed fixing on the inner wall before the outer wall is secure. The long life expectancy of these ties due to the use of marine grade stainless steel puts these ties as a superior solution for remedial wall tie replacement.
These remedial wall ties are easily installed using a hammer drill, 11mm x 310mm masonry drill bit and a 5mm setting tool attached to a cordless drill.
The sizes available are:
- 11 x 213mm wall tie for a 50-75mm cavity.
- 11 x 225mm wall tie for a 75mm-90mm cavity.
