Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Either call us on 01903 713053, or write to us at Coastal Wall Ties Ltd, 18 West Head, Littlehampton, BN17 6NP or email us at enquiries@coastalwallties.co.uk and we aim to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which? Trusted traders in the first instance on 0333 241 3209.

The wall also needed repointing so it was a great way to combine both jobs and we are very pleased we chose CWT.  Alex's advice was spot-on and the work was completed to a very high standard, and quickly.  We spoke with a number of companies before going ahead with this work and are glad we chose this firm. When it became clear that his original proposed fix was not possible as the original lintel type is no longer made, he quickly suggested an equally effective (and cheaper!) alternative solution. He was professional, took the time to explain the work he was doing and cleaned up thoroughly after himself every day. We had used another company to remove paint from our brickwork at the front of the house and were left disappointed that a lot of stubborn paint was left behind making the front of our house look scruffy. Excellent service, very professional and went over and above to finish the job, gave me a quote which I thought was fair but when it came to do the work realised not all bricks needed work, so reduced the price, not all trades people are that honest! I would definitely use again if needed and have no hesitation in recommending Coastal Wall Ties. If you need repointing or wall ties then Coastal Wall Ties should be your first port of call.
