All products ordered will be dispatched by the next working day and most deliveries will reach you within 1-3 working days, if the order quantity exceeds our stock level then we will fulfil the order once the stock becomes available. If for some reason we cannot fulfil your order we will notify you and discuss your options in order to best serve your needs.
We currently ship to mainland England only and are unable to deliver to off shore locations and the Scottish Highlands.
Every product shipped has been quality checked and packaged to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition, however if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can apply for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase providing the products are in their original packaging and unused. To apply for a return please email enquiries@coastalwallties.co.uk with your reasons for return. Please note that you will be required to send the items back using a signed delivery method and at your own cost. A full refund of the item purchase price will be given upon receipt.
Please note that we do not accept liability for orders delivered late due to the courier service, or that have been damaged in transit.
